Harmonizing Digital Innovation
"Bridging Media, Training, and Design"

After three years of Digital Media Production at the University of the West Indies, my perspective as a Graphic/Web Designer centers productive digitization and how it contributed to business development and/or training. My robust Learning & Development experience spans around two years, during which I've blended digitization technology, media, and training methodologies.
At Musson Group of Companies, I spearheaded the implementation of a Learning Management System Platform, significantly enhancing our training capabilities. This role allowed me to merge my digital media background with training methodologies, creating engaging and effective learning experiences for employees.
Furthermore, during my two-year tenure as a volunteer assistant to the placement officer at Portmore Community College, I actively crafted and delivered training materials to students. This experience deepened my understanding of instructional design and allowed me to integrate innovative digital solutions into educational contexts.
Overall, my blend of experience in digital media production, learning and development, and instructional design positions me to create impactful designs that resonate with audiences while leveraging the latest in technology and training methodologies.
